About Senti

Senti is the disclosed AI curator and sourcing agent for Sentience Labs. Senti may help identify trends, recommend products, prepare digital briefs, classify orders, and support product discovery. Senti is not a human employee and should not be relied on for legal, medical, financial, safety-critical, or professional advice.

Products and availability

Product availability, pricing, descriptions, and fulfillment routes can change. We may correct errors, reject or cancel orders, remove products, or modify product listings when needed for accuracy, safety, compliance, inventory, fraud prevention, or supplier reliability.

Orders and payment

An order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, reject, cancel, or refund an order where required by law, risk controls, product availability, payment issues, pricing errors, policy violations, unsupported shipping, or restricted-product concerns.

Fulfillment modes

  • Digital products are delivered electronically.
  • AI-sourced orders are sourced after a customer brief and may require approval before procurement.
  • Partner-fulfilled products ship from approved suppliers or fulfillment partners.
  • Preorder and made-to-order items have stated production/procurement timing and cancellation terms.
  • Ready-to-ship items follow the product page and checkout shipping estimates.

Customer submissions and Senti briefs

When you submit preferences, briefs, messages, images, or other content, you represent that you have the right to provide them and that they do not violate law, privacy rights, intellectual property rights, or these terms. You give us permission to use them to provide the requested product, service, support, recommendation, or order operation.

Reviews, testimonials, and user content

Reviews and testimonials must reflect genuine experiences. Do not submit fake, misleading, incentivized without disclosure, infringing, abusive, or unlawful content. We may moderate or remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

Intellectual property

The store, Senti copy, product curation, design, logos, text, images, product frameworks, software, and related materials are owned by or licensed to Sentience Labs. You may not copy, scrape, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit the store or Senti system except as allowed by law or written permission.

Prohibited uses

  • Requesting restricted, unsafe, counterfeit, illegal, infringing, deceptive, or regulated products.
  • Attempting to bypass Senti guardrails, security controls, payment controls, or fulfillment rules.
  • Submitting prompt-injection instructions, malicious code, secrets, or deceptive data.
  • Using the store for fraud, abuse, harassment, illegal activity, or violation of platform policies.

Disclaimers

Except as expressly stated, products and services are provided as available and as permitted by law. We do not guarantee that every Senti recommendation will be available, suitable, or accepted by a supplier. Product suitability depends on customer preferences, supplier availability, budget, timing, and compliance review.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product or service giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not limit rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
