Scope
These Terms of Sale apply to purchases from Sentience Labs and supplement the Terms of Service, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and product-specific terms.
Prices, taxes, and errors
Prices are listed in USD unless stated otherwise. Taxes, shipping, and fees may be calculated at checkout. We may correct pricing, product, tax, inventory, or technical errors and may cancel or refund affected orders when needed.
Order acceptance
Your checkout submission is an offer to purchase. We may decline, cancel, or refund orders for payment failure, fraud risk, compliance issues, product unavailability, unsupported destination, supplier failure, or other lawful reasons.
Fulfillment-specific sale terms
- Digital products: delivered electronically and generally non-returnable after delivery.
- AI-sourced services: may involve a brief, sourcing review, and customer approval before procurement.
- Preorder/made-to-order items: production or procurement begins after order or campaign threshold; cancellation rights are shown in policy and product page.
- Partner-fulfilled items: fulfillment, tracking, and delivery may be handled by an approved supplier.
Delay notices
If a physical order cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide an updated estimated ship date and options to consent to the delay or cancel for a refund when required.
Risk of loss
Risk of loss for physical products transfers according to applicable carrier, delivery, and consumer protection rules. Contact us quickly if tracking indicates an issue.
