Overview

Sentience Labs uses several fulfillment modes. Each product page should clearly show whether the item is digitally delivered, AI-sourced after order, partner-fulfilled, preorder, made-to-order, or ready to ship.

Fulfillment modes and timing

Fulfillment mode Typical timing rule Customer-facing requirement
Digital product Delivered electronically after payment or after the brief is completed. No physical shipment. Delivery instructions must be visible.
AI-sourced after order Timing depends on customer brief, supplier availability, and customer approval. Budget, approval, and estimated delivery window must be clear before purchase.
Partner-fulfilled Ships from an approved partner or supplier. Product page must state partner fulfillment and estimated handling/delivery.
Preorder / made-to-order Ships after production, procurement, or batch threshold is met. Product page must state estimated ship window and cancellation rights.
Ready-to-ship physical item Ships from available stock or a verified fulfillment partner. Processing and shipping estimates must be shown.

Domestic shipping

The store is currently configured for the United States and USD. Physical shipping availability, rates, and delivery windows are displayed at checkout or on the product page.

International shipping

International shipping is not guaranteed unless it is available at checkout or stated on the product page. International customers may be responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees, or import restrictions imposed by their country.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address. If an order has not yet shipped, contact us as soon as possible to request an address correction. We cannot guarantee corrections after fulfillment begins.

Tracking and delivery updates

When tracking is available, we will provide tracking information by email or through the order status page. For AI-sourced, partner-fulfilled, or preorder items, tracking may become available only after the supplier or production partner ships the item.

Delays

Estimated delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees, unless a product page expressly states otherwise. If a physical order cannot ship within the promised timeline, we will send a delay notice with a revised date and cancellation or refund options.

Lost or marked-delivered packages

If tracking shows a package was delivered but you cannot locate it, first check the delivery address, building, parcel locker, mailroom, neighbors, and carrier notice. Contact us if the package remains missing so we can help review options with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
