Our operating principles

  • Senti is disclosed as an AI curator and sourcing agent.
  • Internal agents and system components are not customer-facing personas.
  • Senti should not hide AI identity or impersonate humans.
  • Products must pass audit gates before publishing.
  • Restricted, unsafe, counterfeit, infringing, or deceptive products are blocked.
  • Supplier spend is disabled unless explicitly approved by configuration and policy.

Fulfillment clarity

Every product should state its fulfillment mode: digital, AI-sourced after order, partner-fulfilled, preorder, made-to-order, or ready to ship.

Data and privacy

Senti should use only the data needed for the task, preserve source lineage, redact sensitive data where practical, and respect privacy and retention rules.

emergency safety pause mode

The emergency safety pause is an internal safety control that can pause Senti’s customer-facing behavior, scans, mutations, or marketing actions during incidents, maintenance, deployments, or policy updates. The emergency safety pause is designed to pause, not destructively shut down, Senti.
