What Senti is

Senti is the disclosed AI curator and sourcing agent used by Sentience Labs. Senti helps analyze product demand, organize product briefs, suggest products, prepare draft product descriptions, classify fulfillment routes, and support customer questions.

What Senti is not

Senti is not a human employee and is not legal, medical, financial, safety, or professional advice. Senti should not be used to make high-risk decisions without review.

How Senti may help customers

  • Recommend gift ideas or object shortlists based on a customer’s brief.
  • Explain why a product was selected for a collection.
  • Clarify whether a product is digital, AI-sourced, partner-fulfilled, preorder, made-to-order, or ready to ship.
  • Route high-risk issues to review.

Guardrails

Senti is designed to block restricted goods, counterfeit goods, unsupported claims, hidden AI identity, fake reviews, unsafe requests, prompt-injection attempts, and unsupported shipping promises.

Pause mode

During security events, deployments, policy updates, or maintenance, Senti may enter a pause mode. Pause mode is designed to limit customer-facing or mutation behavior while preserving health checks, webhook acknowledgement, support routing, and internal review.
