This page explains our standards for reviews, testimonials, customer feedback, and user-generated content.

Authenticity

Reviews and testimonials should reflect genuine experiences. Do not submit fake reviews, AI-generated reviews presented as personal experience, competitor attacks, undisclosed incentives, or misleading content.

Disclosure

If you received compensation, discounts, gifts, affiliate benefits, employment benefits, or any material connection related to a review or endorsement, disclose that connection clearly.

Moderation

We may remove or decline content that is fake, misleading, abusive, unlawful, infringing, spam, unrelated to the product, contains private information, or violates platform policies.

Permission to use content

By submitting public reviews, testimonials, photos, or feedback, you grant Sentience Labs permission to display, edit for formatting, and use that content for store, support, product-improvement, and marketing purposes, unless you request otherwise and we are legally required or reasonably able to comply.

Senti and reviews

Senti must not fabricate customer reviews, create fake testimonials, or imply independent customer experiences that did not occur.
