Cancellation before production or procurement

Customers may usually cancel for a refund before production, procurement, or fulfillment begins. The product page may provide specific timing.

Delays

If the estimated ship window changes, we will provide a revised estimate and explain cancellation or refund options when required.

Custom and personalized items

Custom, personalized, made-to-order, or specially sourced items may not be returnable after production begins unless damaged, defective, materially incorrect, or otherwise required by law.
