Digital products, Senti briefs, reports, guides, sourcebooks, prompt packs, and similar items are delivered electronically through email, account access, download link, or another method stated on the product page.

Access issues

If you do not receive access or cannot open the digital product, contact support with your order number and email used at checkout.

License

Unless a product page says otherwise, digital products are for personal use by the purchaser. They may not be resold, redistributed, publicly posted, or used to train competing systems without written permission.

Refunds
