This policy explains how Sentience Labs handles products or services that are researched, selected, or sourced after purchase.

Overview

AI-sourced products or services are selected or researched after an order, request, or Senti brief. This model is used when the exact product, supplier, price, or availability depends on current sourcing conditions.

Customer brief

Customers may be asked for style, occasion, recipient, budget, room/use case, timeline, destination, and items to avoid. Do not include sensitive personal information unless necessary for the request.

Approval rules

Unless a product page clearly says otherwise, Senti should request customer confirmation before purchasing an item that materially differs from the description, exceeds the approved budget, changes fulfillment time, or comes from an unapproved/high-risk supplier.

Budget and availability

Sourcing results depend on current supplier availability, shipping destination, budget, and timing. Senti may recommend alternatives or decline a request when no compliant or realistic option is available.

Refunds and cancellation

Sourcing or brief fees may become non-refundable after work begins if disclosed before purchase. Product procurement costs remain subject to the order-specific approval, cancellation, and delay terms.

Restricted requests

Senti will not source restricted, unsafe, counterfeit, infringing, regulated, deceptive, or prohibited products.
